Q. Can I organize my own Flip-Cup Tournament?

A. Because Flip-Cup USA is the official owner of the Flip-Cup name, no outside entity can use the name Flip-Cup or Flippy-Cup without our permission. However, if you would like to sponsor a tournament at your establishment, just contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you.

Q. How do the Tournaments work?

A. Each Flip Cup USA Tournament is run just like the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Teams are put into 1 of 4 Brackets, and each game is single elimination until only 1 winner is left. Each Game is either Best of 5 or Best of 7 format. The Finals are usually Best of 7 (The First team to win 4 races wins.)

All of the beer, cups, tables, and judges are supplied by Flip Cup USA and each member of the winning team gets an “I am a Flip Cup Champion” T-Shirt.

Most Tournaments last about 3 hours and include an Open Bar during the entire time of the Tournament.
